During the difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic, most people were not allowed to leave their homes, and many small businesses had to close.
Especially in the food industry, the few that were still open were unprepared to properly communicate with their customers, causing significant drops in sales. From the necessity to connect with existing and new customers differently was born the Social Media Managing project, aimed at helping the small businesses with the home delivery of their products and with building an engagement that would benefit them in the long run.
The importance of communication through Social Media is fundamental. The 2020 pandemic shows that doing business online is not an option, it is an obligation!
